Year in Movies: 2012, Year of the Blockbuster (Blog Series – Part 1)

2012 movies

Well as we  near the end of the 2nd week of January,we can safely say we were not the victims to an apocalypse, just blockbuster overload.

2012 was an action packed year for blockbuster movies and sequels; we had  Men in Black 3, The Expendables 2, The Hungergames, Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2, Skyfall, Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, The Bourne Legacy, Resident Evil: Retribution, Taken 2 and so many more!

In terms of movies, the end of 2012 merged into the start of 2013 with December movies such as The Hobbit, Jack Reacher, The Impossible and Django Unchained . Whilst early January brought us Les Miserables, Quartet and Gangster Squad.
